All I have ever needed from them was a fast connection to the Internet and great customer service. Kazaa states that they have "no technical support" for Fslite on Windows however with over a thousand files sent to my house on a daily basis and hundreds of friends sending files, I am yet to have the need to actually get technical support from them. Fslite is the backend software for this service and is available in many flavours of Windows as well as some flavours of Linux. The service is available for both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Kazaa Lite from Kazaa is a relatively new service which aims to combine file sharing, file compression and online access all into one package.
